• ID with photo & signature (e.g passport, driver's liscense, employee ID or SSS)
• Tax identification number (Tin)
• Marriage contract for married buyer or birth certificate for single buyer or any applicable document to support civil status provided certified by the National statistics office or embassy / consul general

• Latest income tax return (ITR) with W-2
• Proof of non-salary income (e.g. Certificate of deposits, stocks/bonds certificate, lease contracts with term payment, etc.)
• Bank statements, door to door remittance, or passbook for the last 6 months
• Original copy of certificate of employment indicating lenght of service, position and annual salary
